Lancaster, California:  Retired from the US Foreign Service after a lifetime fulfilling my dreams of seeing 'Those Far Away Places'. For over 20 years lived in Japan, Taiwan, Laos, Indonesia, Burma, Nepal, and Afghanistan. In World War II was in WAC and in Air Transport Command. Was recalled in Korean War as a Captain with MATS. Now live in Antelope Valley and my life's involved with the Tibetan Mastiff, doing research, co-authored book, and living with three of them on the High Desert.
