Henry Hank Humann

Henry (Hank) Humann -  April 22,1927 - July 11, 2004 - Hank at 77 peacefully slipped away in his sleep at Hospice House of Monterey, California. Born in Pasadena, a World War II Vet, graduated from Claremont Men's College, married to Shirley for 52 yrs and lived in Newport Beach for 35 years, His love for the ocean and Carmel brought him to Carmel and his family home permanently in 1993. His greatest passion was being on the water, he and his wife sailed and raced their boats for 35 years out of Newport Beach. Hank had a wonderful sense of humor and loved entertaining his friends with his stories. However, his love of family always came first and he will truly be missed. He is survived by his wife, Shirley, three sons, Bruce and wife Linda, Kingdon, Bryant, sister Elizabeth Alford, a granddaughter Kira, a step-granddaughter Lisa, a step-great granddaughter Emma along with many nieces and nephews.
