Susan Dutcher Bean  '50  passed away May 10, 2002.  The following is from Susan's husband, Jay Bean, Wenatchee, Washington:

Our Lord called Sue to him May 10 after she valiantly strived to win over cancer.  To the end she wanted more clinical trials so that any who followed might benefit from her treatments of chemotherapy.  She was a very loving, caring, moral, and strong lady, wife and mother.  I miss her very much.
