Sharilyn Kan was a sweet friend who passed way too soon. I was honored to know her in High School, enjoy her wry sense of humor, and to visit her before she succombed to her health struggles. I found out late, that she had been ill. Grateful thanks to Robin Yamamoto for her friendship here, and for calling me so many years ago to let me know about Sharilyn, and share stories about their great times in downtown L.A.. Sharilyn is very missed.
