South Pasadena, California:  After graduation I married and had two sons, Mike and Jeff, in the 1940s. Participating in church and civic affairs here had been rewarding plus working in my father's business. I have seen this city grow from a country town in the 1920s to the present day. My mother, in her eighties, is living with me now.
