I got to know Kathy just in 8th grade; we were in Mrs. Brewer's 6th period history class though we may have been in others. Kathy was a very kind person and she was someone I hoped to get to know better, but my family moved from South Pasadena between 8th and 9th grade. I am so sorry to read of her passing and wish her family well.
