Retired Major Lawrence J Klein (Larry) passed away peacefully January 7, 2005. Born in San Francisco, May 13, 1926, he was the son of Lawrence J Klein Sr and Jean Kyle.

Larry served honorably in the United States Air Force for 21 years. He flew B-26 Bombers during the Korean Conflict and completed 121 combat missions, with 500 combat hours. He received the distinguished Flying Cross and the Air Medal with 4 Oak Leaf clusters plus many other awards, he also served one year in Viet Nam.

Larry is survived by his wife, four children and six grandchildren.
