Dorothy Ann 'Dottie' Voysest, age 82 of Eaker Road in Cherryville, North Carolina, formerly of Marathon, Florida, died September 10, 2009.  A native of Pasadena, California, Dottie was born April 24, 1927.

Dottie was a retired CPA and formerly employed by the U.S. Postal Service and as the manager of the Jolly Roger Campground in Key West, Florida.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Caleb Temple and Helen Green Murphy and her sisters, Elizabeth M. Stauffer and Patricia Murphy Horner (SPHS '43).  Survivors include companion, Johnny Rodriques of the home; and brother, Cal Murphy of California.
