John and I worked for World Vision. He was a V.P. of Finance and Data Processing divisions.
While working in Federal Way, Washington we somehow discovered we both had grown up and graduated from SPHS - John in '51 and me in '60. I shared with John a history of South Pas book that my late aunt had left me. He really enjoyed reading thru it. It's amazing to me how people who never knew heach other in earlier times can bond over a common hometown, such as with John and me. He was a kind man with a great laugh and concern for all. RIP, old friend.
