Bruce S Haas, 68, of Cumberland, died May 4, 2011 at Regions Hospital in St Paul, Minnesota. He was born September 23, 1942 in Elgin, Illinois to John and Ann (Stevens) Haas.

Bruce graduated from South Pasadena High School in California and continued his education at the University of Arizona. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in Finance/Marketing and a minor degree in Home Economics. He went to work for Kimberly-Clark in Illinois as a salesman. Bruce had a passion for golf and many sports.

He is survived by a niece, Ann Boynton of Arlington Heights, Illinois and a nephew, Kenneth Boynton of Elgin, Illinois. Bruce was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Margot Boynton.
