Edward Fleming Lowe (February 27, 1926 - February 5, 2020) succumbed to a stroke in San Diego, California. He was a retired 35-year employee of Pacific Bell/AT&T. His life hobby was phone memorabilia and insulator collecting.
He is survived by his wife of 22 years, Carol, his daughters Natalie (Joseph) Kolkovich and Norma (Marty) Maine, along with numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Edward was predeceased by his daughter Nancy Bullock.
