Scott Josephson

June 12, 1969 - August 16, 2022

Scott grew up in South Pasadena and soon after graduating from SPHS in 1987 he enlisted in the United States Army, where he proudly served for 26 years. Throughout his career in the Army, Scott specialized in Supply Management, providing essential support to active Army mission across the U.S. and the world. During his long military career, Scott deployed overseas more than a dozen times. He took the greatest pride in the time he spent deployed to Iraq with the 3rd Armored Cavalry Regiment, where he conducted over 900 logistical combat patrols. He received numerous accommodations and awards, including a Bronze Star among many others.

After 26 years of service, Scott and his wife retired to Hawaii. He loved spending time with his family, cheering on his Kansas City Chiefs, as well as playing and training his beloved working K9 Kona.

Scott will be missed, as he leaves behind his wife, Mai; three children, Riley, Parker, and Brandon; parents Doug and Linda; and two brothers, Paul Josephson '84 and John (Brenda) Josephson '85.
