John Baker
February 2, 1925 - May 29, 2018
He loved skiing, fishing, and great food. He loved In and Out hamburgers. He was a mastermind Tool and die maker, one in a million. He made being a machinist look easy.
In World War II he was a top turret machine gunner and a flight engineer in a B24 Liberator and flew 40 missions in the Pacific, mostly over Iwo Jima (27 missions). He achieved the rank of Technical Sergeant with Distinguished Flying Cross and several other medals.
