Carolyn (Sally) Callahan Boise Barnes   April 12, 1924 - February 25, 2008

After a period of declining health, Sally Barnes, 84, passed away February 25, 2008 at Westland House.  Born in Los Angeles, she resided in Monterey as well as Palm Desert and loved both areas. Sally was well known for her Interior Design work over the years from Los Angeles to Newport Beach to the Palm Springs area where she became associated with Arthur Elrod & Associates.  Her exceedingly tasteful design left its timeless mark on whatever she touched.

She survived her previous husband, Tom Boise, who died in 1990 and her late husband, Edward Barnes, who passed away in 2001.  She leaves her stepdaughter, Suzy (Ernie) Zellner of Hernando, Florida and many friends throughout California.
