Barbara Meyerott Jackson (March 29, 1932 - July 13, 2019) of Orem, Utah was born an only child to Alfred and Norma Meyerott in Oakland, California. She married Jay Jackson in June 1960 and is the mother of four children, Devin, David (Lora) Jackson, Karen (David) Egbert and Kimberly Johnson. She has nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Barbara loved her yard, plants, flowers, and her critters. She was talented with her hands and shared many of her projects with her family and friends. After serving over 25 years as a primary teacher; we are not sure who loved who more, the teacher the kids, or the kids the teacher. Barbara dearly loved her family. She always said, 'families are forever." Until then, she will be missed.
