Sylvia, born June 11, 1895, passed away February 11, 1998 at the age of 102.

Attended Potts Business College, Pasadena. Married Theodore Harrington (deceased), May 8, 1920 in South Pasadena. Lived in Pasadena 30 years, employed as legal secretary. Moved to Corona del Mar in 1951, worked in Newport Beach, Santa Ana, and Laguna Beach; retiring in 1963.
We traveled many times to Arizona, also visited Alaska, Canada, the East Coast, Yosemite, Lake Tahoe, Wyoming, and Hawaii, and various places in California.

My great-aunt, a wonderful woman: She worked as a legal secretary (before I knew her), outlived her husband Ted Harrington by decades, was a gardener. She also was a proponent of healthy food--high fiber, plenty of fruits and veggies--long before most people even knew the concept. Since she lived to 102, I guess it worked! - Marcia Morrison
