Lillian Hansen Davey

September 9, 1898 - June 6, 1980

Lillian Martha Davey, 81, of Placerville, California, died June 6, 1980 at a Roseville hospital.  She was born in Thailand and lived over 46 years in El Dorado County.

Mrs. Davey was a teacher in the El Dorado Union School District for 20 years, retiring in 1954.  She was a member of the Placerville Shakespeare Club, Monday Club, American Association of University Women, Federated Church, Girl Scouts and past worthy matron of Fallen Leaf Chapter 90 of the Order of Eastern Star.

Mrs. Davey is survived by her husband, Max L. Davey of Placerville; a daughter, Ellen J. Lawson of Santa Barbara; and two grandsons.
