Lyda Lynn Bensfield

The funeral of Mrs Lyda Bensfield, sister of Detective Captain Bert Lynn of the Los Angeles Police Department, will take place tomorrow noon at the Little Church of the Flowers in Glendale. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery.

Mrs Bensfield, the wife of Harry Bensfield, San Bernardino businessman, became ill with pneumonia at her home in San Beranrdino two weeks ago and died late Wednesday night. She leaves her husband and a 3-weeks-old daughter, Lyda Lynn Bensfield. Besides Captain Lynn she leaves also a brother, H.C. Lynn of San Bernardino, and a sister, Mrs Jerrene Sidote of Dallas, Texas.

Members of the family were present when death occurred. She was 27 years of age.
