Lydia Perkins (Lodge)

Lydia Perkins Lodge passed away suddenly November 1, 1934, at her home on Garvey Boulevard, Monterey Park.  She was born in South Pasadena and attended the South Pasadena High School, being a graduate of UCLA.  After graduating, she taught school until she was married.

Lydia is survived by her husband Ray William Lodge; two sons, David and Ray; her mother, Mrs. L. Starr Perkins of South Pasadena; four sisters, Mrs. Ruth Roney (SPHS '09) of Alhambra, Mrs. Eleanor Clay (SPHS '12) and Mrs. Louisa Penwarden (SPHS '27) of Pasadena, Mrs. Anna Dowlin (SPHS '14) of Boise, Idaho; three brothers, Raymond (SPHS '10) and Wentworth Perkins (SPHS '25) of Boise, Idaho, and Lowell Perkins (SPHS '16) of Los Angeles.
