Florence Johnson Vince was my aunt - one of my mother's four sisters. She was always upbeat and caring. One hot summer day, I was visiting her family on Montrose Avenue. I was working in their very large front yard with my uncle, Horace. Florence brought out 2 very large glasses of lemonade for Horace and I to drink. My uncle Horace downed his in about 5 seconds - an image that still amazes. Florence was a terrific aunt and very close to my mother. I was blessed to have her as my aunt.
