Randolph Gene Higgins, passed away June 5, 2007.  He is survived by his brothers Tracy Higgins (SPHS '73) and Michael Johnson; sisters Judy Arthur (SPHS '68) and Kathy Wells (SPHS '69); and five nieces and one nephew.
