Carol Cederquist Crow (March 31, 1933 - May 8, 2017) of Hot Springs, Arkansas was one of my very best friends for nearly 68 years. Carol fought her illness (ovarian cancer) with unfailing courage, never losing the cheerfulness she was famous for. An extremely talented artist, who built her own successful business, making jockey silks for the racing world. This is how she met Carlos, who was a jockey and trainer (now retired). She was originally married to Roger Crow (SPHS '52), now deceased, who was the father of her four daughters.

Carol is survived by four daughters, Carolyn, Shirley, Nina, and Julie; several grandchildren, and her significant other of many years, Carlos.
