October 15, 1935 - March 24, 2023

Tony died at age 87 in Topeka, Kansas due to complications from Alzheimer's. He is survived by his nieces, Emma Sturms and Allison Lusk-Mauvezin.

Tony was born in San Marino, and was a proud and loyal Tiger!. Tony advanced to Eagle Scout (the day before his 15th birthday). He enjoyed vacationing at a family home on Catalina Island. He graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1958 from USC and enrolled in the Marine Reserve, serving for eight years, rising to the rank of E-2.

Tony moved to Lido Island, where he could dock his Grand Banks. He rose through the chairs to the rank of Commodore of one of the local yacht clubs. He began his career as an independent commercial broker, worked 15 years for Coldwell Banker in the Santa Ana office as an industrial specialist, and then to another bucket-list objective, to live in the Gold Country. While there, he listed the Argonaut, one of the two largest California mines. His other passions were Rotary, riding motorcycles, and ballroom dancing. He also lived in Chandler, Arizona and in Topeka Kansas.
