Richard Schnebly, 72, died at his Silver Lake, Washington, home. He was born in Independence, Kansas to Ver and Margaret Schnebly. He moved to Silver Lake in 1970, coming from Longview, where he lived for seven years. Prior to that, he lived in Stella.

His family will remember how he enjoyed his life and are certain he would not have changed a thing.
