Anita Allen Olson passed away peacefully at home on May 23, 2014 with her beloved husband Paul at her side. She was born in Pasadena on October 7, 1939 and spent her younger years there.

Anita graduated from UCLA in 1961 and had a 30-year career with the County of Sacramento where she made many lifelong friends. After retiring in 1994, she enjoyed traveling and spent much of her time at her second home in Hawaii.

She is survived by her loving life partner and husband Paul Olson; her daughter Sheri (Bruce) Garcia; stepsons Charles (Karen) and Brook; along with grandchildren Kelly, Kristen, Shelby and Andrew.
