Maryann Sherman Costantino

March 19, 1957 - December 28, 2023

Maryann remained in South Pasadena for the majority of her life and passed away peacefully, age 66, of heart disease, at home with her daughter Ashley by her side. She is survived by her daughter, sister, Diana Berry, and many friends.

Maryann worked for Safeway for over 30 years before enduring a stroke in 2005, and despite up and downs with her health over the years, she would always persevere. She had the biggest heart and was always wanting to help others and give to those in need. She was a wonderful single mother, kind, and thoughtful. You could hear her laugh from a mile away as it was the most incredibly contagious laugh that would make you smile from ear to ear. She would always say, "it is better to be laughing than crying" and, "it is what it is".

She will be greatly missed and holds a huge, irreplaceable spot in our hearts. Always remembered, never forgotten. RIP dear Maryann.
