William Andrews

May 18, 1910 - November 6, 1990

William A Andrews, Jr died at his residence in Valley Center, California. He was 90. He is survived by his son William A Andrews, III of South Pasadena, daughter Linda E Andrews of Valley Center; sister Mary A Sheldon (SPHS '32) of Claremont; two grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Mr Andrews was born in Washington D.C. on May 18, 1910 and had lived in Valley Center for 42 years. He was retired Vice President of Bullocks Department Stores after 22 years of service. After retirement, he became a citrus and land developer in Valley Center. He was a Commander in the U.S. Navy during World War II; a member of Rotary Club of Valley Center and American Legion Post #546 in Whittier, California.
