Norman Bowyer

Norman Charles Bowyer, 94, of Phoenix, Arizona, a retired brigadier for the Salvation Army, died August 13, 1997. He was born in Wales.

Survivors include his wife, Elsie; daughter, Florence Brice; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
