Miriam Polly Chapman (Terrell)

Miriam (Polly) Chapman Terrell, was born on March 10, 1927 in Madison, Wisconsin. She died on July 31, 2008 in Rancho Mirage, California. She was the beloved wife of Bruce Terrell for almost 62 years. Polly was the loving mother of Bruce Terrell Jr., of San Clemente, Trudy McCabe, of San Clemente, Michael Terrell, of Pasadena and Scott Terrell who preceded her in heaven. She has two grandchildren, Brock McCabe and Kimber Cooley.

Polly Terrell attended USC and was a member of the Pi Beta Phi sorority. She was a homemaker, licensed watercolorist, and volunteer for many charitable organizations such as the Pasadena Spastic League, the South Pasadena-San Marino YMCA and the San Clemente Library. After residing in San Marino and San Clemente for many years, Polly and her husband, Bruce, enjoyed living in Palm Desert for over two decades. Polly will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
