Jackie, born November 20, 1949 in California, grew up in South Pasadena, attending Lincoln Elementary, SPJHS, and graduating from SPHS in 1966.  She died at age 29 on April 14, 1978 at the Stanford Medical Center.  Cause of death was peritonitis due to intestinal lymphosarcoma.

Prior to her death, Jackie had been living in San Luis Obispo and was survived by her husband, Jack Biesek (SPHS '65); her brother Jeff Howe (SPHS '61); as well as other family members and friends.
