I never really got to know Sheryl in school but got together with her later, after I returned from the Navy. She was really a great person. I was completely shocked when I heard of her passing. It's so very true, sometimes life really isn't fair.
I knew Sheryl through my sister Carol Howard (Cooper) & remember Sheryl's Father taking a bunch of us to the beach almost every weekend in the Summer months in his "woody". Sheryl was fun to tease & she took it gracefully....RIP
