Ruth Riedell Dies From Injuries; Brother and Father in Hospital

When their car skidded on a grassy incline, turned over and crashed down into a 150-foot ravine near the peak of the Oneonta hills, Ruth Louise Riedell, 17, of 1032 Garfield Avenue, South Pasadena, high school senior was fatally injured. Edwin H Riedell (SPHS '31), her brother, was seriously injured, and Henry T Riedell, the father, suffered cuts and bruises.
