Long Beach, California:  Graduated USC Class of 1942, business major. US Army Air Corps 1942 - 1935. Worked with my father in San Marino Preserving Kitchen, a company selling specialty foods, and took over the business in 1971. Raised three children in South Pasadena. Am semi-retired now, still playing tennis, golf, and pool; also swimming and traveling the world looking for birds.
