Sally Ryons Irving (April 5, 1935 - October 29, 2018) died at Huntington Memorial Hospital from injuries resulting from a single-vehicle traffic collision that took place in San Marino. 

Sally, a former resident of San Marino who was most recently living in San Gabriel, is believed to have suffered a sudden medical condition when she crashed her vehicle into a large tree. She was transported to the hospital where she later died from injuries sustained in the collision.
