Pastimes & Hobbies

Played bass in the local rock-n-roll garage band, The Daily Planet. Sold my Vox amplifier to Eddie Van Halen for $100. A couple days later, I saw the Vox lined up on stage at a battle of the bands concert at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium. Naturally, Van Halen obliterated the competition that night!
