Barbara Clark Diekman

July 1, 1927 - November 26, 2024

Barbara passed away peacefully at Encinitas Scripps Hospital at the age of 97. She lived a full and vibrant life, defined by her unwavering love for family and her dedication to her community.

Barbara was a beloved wife, mother, friend, neighbor, and Pi Beta Phi sorority sister. Her kindness, generosity, and warm spirit touched everyone she met. She was known for her endless patience, her passion for reading, the arts, traveling, and her tireless commitment to her career as a family marriage licensed therapist.

She is survived by her son Grant (Teresa) Diekman, and daughter Gretchen (John) Voxland. Barbara was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Ted, a 47-year marriage, and parents Juanita Halsted and Forrest Clark.

Barbara's legacy lives on through the countless lives she touched. Her memory will be cherished by all who knew her.
