Everett Leonard Clark Jr, passed away on July 8, 2011 in Arcadia, California. He is survived by his wife Jane; and his daughters Janice, Susan, and Katherine; his sister Nancy Clark Sharp (SPHS '49) and four nephews.

Directly upon his graduation from high school, Everett enlisted in the Navy.  Following his military service, he studied at Stanford University earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.  He worked a number of years with Peter Kiewit Sons' Company specializing in public works construction.  Later, he opened and operated his own independent firm as Everett L. Clark, Jr, General Engineering and Building Contractor.

He was blessed with wonderful retirement years where he traveled with his wife by automobile throughout the United States and most of Canada. He greatly enjoyed playing music with Braille Institute in Los Angeles.
