Caryl Lynn Vallereux, born April 3, 1940 to Robert and Margaret Sanderson Vallereux (SPHS '34), passed away quietly on August 9, 2017. A graduate of South Pasadena High School, she did very well in the business world as a computer programmer; Headhunter, and was co-owner in Decision Dynamics before retiring.
Caryl was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Suzy Vallereux Knipp (SPHS '56), and beloved grandmother, Grace Sanderson. She is survived by her daughters Debbie (Paul) Downs of Orting, Washington, Cherie (Tommie) Blair of Pea Ridge, Arkansas; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; sister, Jeanne (Ben) Lee (SPHS '61) of Springfield, Missouri; three nieces, two nephews, along with dear friends Kenneth and Margaret Brousseau and Juliet Isako.
