Susan Yatty Calhoun

February 27, 1941 - January 26, 2018

Susan, aged 76 years, of Hanford, California, went to be with her Lord after a brief illness. Susan was born in Burbank to Phyllis Adams and William Yatty. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister.

Susan is survived by her three children, Kathy Calhoun Vickers and husband Steve, David Calhoun and wife Denise, Dan Calhoun and wife Mary. She is also survived by her brother Michael Yatty and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren whom she loved deeply. She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Edward, her parents and grandparents, as well as a grandson.

Susan was a homemaker and local artist. She was a rock painter long before it became the thing to do. She painted rocks, faces, fences, any medium would do. She was also a planter of the Gospel. Susan sowed seeds everywhere she went, always, eager to tell others about the love and saving grace of Jesus.
