Nancy Teter Spiker

September 5, 1955 - April 1, 2021

It is with saddened hearts that we announce the loss of our beloved Nancy Lee Teter Spiker. She was surrounded by her loving husband and daughter in the early morning when she was called to her home in heaven.

Nancy was born in South Pasadena and was an active member and resident of her beloved Del Mar community for the last 25 years. Nancy was a graduate of UC Santa Barbara and a Delta Gamma alumni. Nancy was a beloved and admired wife, mother, stepmother, grandmother, aunt, and friend. Her successes in her corporate career carried into her personal life, offering assurance, guidance, and thoughtful direction to those that were lucky enough to be in her presence. Nancy's courage, kindness, comfort, and grace will forever make an impact on the many hearts that she has touched. She offered light during darkness, healing during pain, and embracing hugs that will be eternally cherished.

Her legacy is lived through her loved ones, Chuck, her husband of 28 years; her daughter, Kristi; stepchildren, Shawn, Seth, and Lacy; nieces and nephews, and sister-in-law. She is reunited in death by her mother, Gloria, brother, Scott (SPHS '75) and best friend Ellen. Her passing will forever be a void in the lives of her family, friends, and all of those that she has touched throughout her meaningful life.
