Harriet Vail Tussing

November 13, 1882 - July 16, 1956

Miss Vail taught Music at SPHS from 1909 to 1913

Harriet Vail Tussing, 840 Stratford Avenue, died July 16. A native of Elgin, Illinois, Mrs Tussing has been a resident of South Pasadena for many years. She was a member of Chapter AX PEO and of the Memorial Baptist Church.

Surviving her are her husband, Dale M Tussing; three nieces, Mrs Frances S Dakin, Mrs Homer W Ellis and Mrs Vay L Peterson; two grandnephews and two grand-nieces.

Interment was at San Gabriel Cemetery.
