Economic consultant specializing in theme parks and resorts. Head of new technologies at Paramount Pictures. Responsible for special effects of "Close Encounters of the Third Kind" and Star Trek-The Movie". More consulting. President of the theme park division of Warner Bros. Still involved in leisure projects worldwide. Spent 2008-2010 as President of the United States Pavilion at the Shanghai World's Fair. Now retired.

2019--Biggest event is being diagnosed and treated for lung cancer. Receiving wonderful care from City of Hope, and treatments are going well

Things you probably don't know about me: I played the violin and a young person and still love the instrument.

What I'd like my classmates to know about me before our next reunion: I haver been quite active in our class reunion efforts and have greatly enjoyed getting to know classmates as adults that I didn't know well as an adolescent.
