For the past 16 years I have been with the Ventura school district. I taught middle school for 5 years, I was an ass't. principal for 8 years at both the the high school and the middle school, and I have returned to teaching (by choice) for the last 4 years. I teach algebra and biology to 9th and 10th graders in an alternative/at-risk program.

Family history living in South Pasadena

Just last year I moved my mother out of her home in So. Pas. Up until then I could still "go home" and sleep in my childhood bedroom. It doesn't get better than that!

My husband and I travel a lot to Mexico and Europe. We are especially fond of Italy, France, and the colonial mountain towns in Mexico.
