Katherine Charley passed away February 13, 2000.  She is survived by two sons, Jim of Portola Valley and Bill of Granite Bay; daughter Linda O. Hill, Irvine; sister Audrey M. Ray of Tucson, Arizona; and seven grandchildren.

Kay, a homemaker for 50 years was president of MAPS, the Mission Viejo Auxiliary for Providence Speech and Hearing Center; a member of Alpha Delta Pi Sorority, USC; and the Assistance League of Glendale.
