Joan Russell

January 11, 1936 - March 22, 1952

Although she is no longer among us, we feel that we have not lost her for her spirit, her courage, and her beautiful personality remain with us.  Her determination and her accomplishments in the face of handicap and tragedy serve as a shining example to all of us.

In school, Joan took part in numerous activities.  She was a member of the Circle Tri-Y, Tigerettes, Bambinos, and the Spanish Club.  Her associations with her friends in these groups were dear to her.  She will always be with us in fond memories.
