Douglas Edward Elgart (November 18, 1948 - June 3, 2002) - After a courageous and valiant battle with brain cancer, with his loving wife and soulmate, Sheila, at his side, Doug, peacefully passed away. Doug was fun loving, patient, compassionate and a loving husband and father. He leaves to mourn his "best friend", "honey" and wife, Sheila; children Sara (San Marcos), Ashley 17, Zachary 13, and Joseph 8. In addition, Doug is survived and mourned by his sister Betsy (Edward) Parker; and family and friends too numerous to list.

A graduate of South Pasadena High, his printing career started with Gans Ink & Supply Company in Los Angeles. He started National Offset Blanket Supply West in 1991. An avid golfer and fisherman, he loved being outdoors with his children, and on the Little League field. The family expresses sincere appreciation and heartfelt thanks for the kind and loving support extended to them.
