Devoted husband, brother, father, grandfather, and friend.  Marlan Shepard, 82, of Henderson, Nevada, passed away January 19, 2011.  Son to Hubert and Donna Mae Shepard, he was born September 21, 1928, in Los Angeles, California.

Marlan was an oilman and fourth generation Californian.  He resided in Nevada for 10 years.  Marlan also served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.
