School Memories

The intense fellowship of teamates in our various sports activities. I agree with John Ludlow regarding our senior year loss to San Marino - plus, it was mostly my fault. I didn't manage to gain 2 yards for a first down at a critical moment of the game! The dances after the football games plus the dances organized by the various girl's associations. Being a shy person, I enjoyed being invited! Coach Brown's special training effort for cross country - the sprint up the Bank Street hill. The drives to San Marino in my 1929 Model A to create havoc with our cross town rival.

Pastimes & Hobbies

Construction, cooking, horseback riding and driving my horse drawn carriage through our wetlands park, travel.

[Date] What's happening in my life now

After my divorce in 1992, I moved to France to start a new life with my wife Sylvie. I retired from my professional activities when my daughter was born in 1995. Since I traveled a lot during my first marriage, and therefore didn't participate much in the raising of my first two sons, I decided to be a fulltime father for my second family. When they both started school, I found myself at loose ends and decided that I needed a project. For the last ten years, I have been renovating a 19th century farm house in a wetlands park in western France. The house was in a state of ruin. We have turned it into a principal residence and bed & breakfast activity (about 6600 sq. feet of living space plus a pool and pastures to keep our two horses and donkey). Checkout our website www.vinafrance.com to see some photos of the place.
