Some provide relatives or neighbor lists that you may be able to reach out to after searching for their contact information. Many are changing over to subscription or pay-as-you-search formats.

If you want to dedicate a focused amount of time to doing searches, it could be beneficial to use a paid subscription, as some provide subscription plans.
