San Marino, California:  For 12 years I was secretary for the Los Angeles Testing Laboratory of which Harrison H McCall of South Pasadena was co-owner. He interested me in Republican politics and I worked with him closely during the period he managed the campaign for Richard Nixon's first entry into the political arena. For many years I was active with the San Marino Women's Republican Club, and have spent much of the last 30 years working as a volunteer in patriotic organizations. By the latter part of this year we will have been married 54 years.
